短线法节段梁预制和架设施工质量控制技术研究

短线法预制施工和"先简支后连续"的节段拼装架设施工工艺复杂,施工难度高,质量控制难度大,有必要对其施工质量控制关键技术进行深入研究.本文以某高架桥项目为工程依托,对测量、混凝土浇筑、预应力工程、节段梁涂胶、临时张拉几个关键工序进行施工质量控制技术研究,在实际施工中取得了良好的成效,可为今后类似工程的施工提供参考.

Study on Quality Control Technology of Prefabrication and Erection ofSegmental Beams with Short-line Method

Short-line method of prefabrication and segmental erection of"Simple Supporting before Continuous Joints"are complex,with high construction difficulty and high quality control difficulty,so it is necessary to conduct in-depth study on the key technologies of construction quality control.Taking a viaduct project as the case,this paper studies the construction quality control technology of several key steps,such as survey,concrete pouring,prestressing,segmantal beam gluing and temporary tensioning.The case study has achieved good results in practice and can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
