| 摘 要： | 为了实现发动机工作状态的随车检测，本文对装有YC6108柴油机的东风载货车的瞬时转速信号进行了随车测量和分析。首先设计了适于随车测量的瞬时转速采集装置及其随车监控系统；然后根据在台架试验结果总结出的处理方法，对实车不同工况下的瞬时传递信号测量结果进行了分析。这些结果表明，在汽车静止和行驶时，瞬时转速仍然可以估计发动机的工作状态。

| Abstract: | To achieve on-board detecting the states of automotive engines,measurement and analysis of the momentary rotating speed of the YC6108 diesel engine on a Dongfeng truck were carried out. The on board measurement device and its monitor system were designed. Then the signal processing method induced from the engine test data was adopted to analyze the test results on the truck.The results of analysis indicated that the momentary flywheel speed signal was suitable for on board estimation of engine working conditions no matter the truck was stopped or running. |
