两种四环素胶囊剂的溶出度及生物利用度的研究

摘    要:通过对四环素碱胶囊剂和盐酸四环素胶囊剂溶出度及体内生物利用度的测定,表明四环素碱胶囊剂的溶出度低于盐酸四环素胶囊,但在生物利用度方面却优于后者。溶出度和生物利用度之间没有显著相关性。对于四环素碱和盐酸四环素来说,生物利用度不完全取决于溶出度,还与其在体内的吸收特性有关。所以,四环素碱胶囊剂以其价廉、生物利用度高的优点,有着广泛的临床价值。

Abstract:The dissolution rates and bioavailabilities oftetracycline capsules and tetracycline hydrochloride cap-sules were determined. The results showed that the dis-solution rate of tetracycline capsules was lower thantetracycline hydrochloride capsules, but it was superior inbioavailability. The correlation between bioavailabilitiesand dissolution rates was not significant. Fortetracycline and tetracycline hydrochlocride thebioacailabilities were not completely dependent on thedissolution rates, and were related to their absorbingcharacters. So the tetracycline capsules still had a wideclinical use for its more inexpersive cost and higherbicavailability.
