| 摘 要： | 上海地铁AC03型电动列车采用电动塞拉门,对车门的尺寸有很高的要求。由于车门的尺寸超差多次引起故障。从车门的关门限位开关、紧急解锁装置及其限位开关、车体水密性等的安装调整尺寸进行分析,并提出了相应的解决措施,排除了由此而带来的对列车正线运营的影响。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the solution of the passenger compar tm ent doors failure which is caused by the over-tolerance of the door assembly si z es,this paper analyses the structures and operations of limit switch,release dev ice and water tightness of the doors,discusses some effective measures to exclud e the door failure from the train operation. |
