热压氢氧化钙沥青路面磨耗性能研究

摘    要:为增强热压氢氧化钙沥青路面的抗磨耗性,采用两种有机化改性方式(枝接聚合改性和乳液聚合改性)对氢氧化钙进行改性,并用电镜扫描、红外光谱和亲油性试验对改性效果进行验证,通过一系列试验探讨氢氧化钙改性方式对热压氢氧化钙路面反射率、吸热能力、抗滑和抗磨性能的影响。研究结果表明:改性的氢氧化钙颗粒的疏水亲油性较好,其反射率略小于未改性的,枝接聚合改性氢氧化钙的反射率略大于乳液聚合改性氢氧化钙。涂敷改性氢氧化钙的试件降温幅度略大于未改性氢氧化钙的,乳液聚合改性试件的降温效果最好。改性后,氢氧化钙与沥青的黏附性增大,路面的耐磨耗性、抗冲刷性都提高,枝接聚合改性氢氧化钙试件的耐磨耗、防眩光、抗冲刷性能均好于乳液聚合改性的。

Abstract:In order to strength the wear resistance of hot-pressed lime pavement,two kinds of organicmodification methods(grafting polymerization modification and emulsion polymerization modification)areused to modify the surface of calcium hydroxide.The SEM,infrared spectrum and lipophilic tests arecarried out to verify the modification effect,through a series of experiments to explore the effect of calciumhydroxide modification methods on the reflectivity,heat absorption capacity,anti-skid and wear resistanceproperties of hot-pressed calcium hydroxide pavement.The study results show that:the hydrophobic andlipophilic properties of modified calcium hydroxide are better,and their reflectivity are slightly less thanthat of the unmodified calcium hydroxide.The reflectivity of grafting polymerization modified calciumhydroxide is slightly larger than that of emulsion polymerization modified calcium hydroxide,the scale ofdrop in temperature of the specimen coated with modified calcium hydroxide is slightly larger than that ofthe specimen coated with unmodified calcium hydroxide,and the scale of drop in temperature of thespecimen coated with calcium hydroxide modified by emulsion polymerization method are the biggest.After modification,the adhesion between calcium hydroxide and asphalt is increased,and the wearresistance and erosion resistance of pavement are improved.The wear resistance,glare resistance anderosion resistance of specimen coated with calcium hydroxide modified by grafting polymerization methodare better than that of calcium hydroxide modified by emulsion polymerization method.
