双超路面混凝土的力学性能研究及其应用

摘    要:通过试验研究,测得双超路面混凝土(超塑性、超早强混凝土)的工作性及力学性能,研究水胶比、硅灰掺量和砂率等因素对双超路面混凝土性能的影响,将普通路面混凝土作为对照组分析双超路面混凝土作为修补材料的优劣性。结果表明:双超路面混凝土的12h抗压、抗折强度分别为22.13 MPa和3.77 MPa,早期强度已达到通车水平要求,28d抗压、抗折强度可达到47.92MPa和5.97MPa,后期强度满足工程应用标准。将配制好的双超路面混凝土应用于修补工程,在工程应用中,修补效果良好,满足工程实际要求。

Abstract:Form experimental studies,the workability and mechanical properties of double-super pavement concrete(superplastic,super early strength concrete)are measured,and the effects of factors such as water-binder ratio,silica fume content,and sand rate on the performance of double-super pavement concrete are studied.The ordinary pavement concrete is used as a control group,and the advantages and disadvantages of double-super pavement concrete as a repair material are analyzed.The results show that the 12 hcompressive and flexural strength of double-super pavement concrete is 22.13 MPa and 3.77 MPa respectively,and the early strength has reached the traffic level requirements.The 28 dcompressive and flexural strength can reach 47.92 MPa and 5.97 MPa,and the later strength meets engineering application standards.The prepared double-super pavement concrete is applied to repairing works,and it proves that in practice applications,the repair effect of double-super pavement concrete is good and meets the actual requirements of the project.
