摘    要:路网是实施救援活动的基础,给出了基于模拟和航拍技术与GIS结合的2种灾后路网状态识别方法,提出了路网脆弱性评价指标,构建了路网修复的双层规划模型,并给出了模型的求解优化算法,最后对成都市温江区中心城区的部分路网进行了实例分析。

Abstract:The traffic network is base of implement rescue activities.Two kinds of methods that identify the condition of post-disaster road network are proposed: based on simulation and combine aerial technology with GIS.Vulnerability index that assess road network characteristics are put forward.Bi-level planning model for road network restore is constructed,and the optimization algorithm is given.At last,a part of road network of Wenjiang center area in Chengdu is analyzed.
