高性能混凝土与钢筋及纤维组合体长期变形试验研究

摘    要:以五河口特大桥主梁C60混凝土为对象,研究了高性能混凝土龄期及掺聚酯纤维和内置钢筋对长期变形的影响。试验结果表明,研制的C60混凝土早期强度和弹模较高、徐变度相对较低,可有效减小结构的预应力损失和桥梁的长期变形;试件内置钢筋和掺人纤维后组合体变形特征符合线性分析原理。

Abstract:The C60 concrete of Wuhekou Grand Bridge girder is the object of study. The effect of HPC age, mixed polyester fibers and built-in reinforcements on long-term deformation is studied. The test results show : The early strength and Young' s modulus of developed C60 concrete are higher and its spe- cific creep lower, and it can effectively reduces the structural prestress loss and the bridge' s long-term deformation; After placing the built-in reinforcements and mixing the fibers in the test specimens, the composite' s deformation characteristics are accordant with the principle of linear analysis.
