基于超声法的预应力孔道注浆质量检测分析

摘    要:混凝土梁预应力孔道的灌浆质量直接关系到桥梁的使用安全,但是目前还没有能够准确检测波纹管注浆饱满度的方法。结合理论研究和现场检测实验,介绍了超声脉冲波法检测预应力孔道的灌密情况,对超声波法检测金属预应力管道注浆质量检测的可行性及影响超声检测的因数进行了讨论,为有效监测预应力混凝土梁的施工质量提供科学可靠的保障。

Abstract:Prestressed tunnel grouting quality of concrete beams is directly related to the safe use of the bridge,but there is no accurate method to determine the fullness of prestressed grouting tunnel.In this paper,theoretical research and field testing laboratory are combined used to introduce ultrasonic pulse wave detected the fullness of prestressed tunnel.It has discussed the feasibility of ultrasonic detection in metal prestressed grouting quality and present the impact factor affect of the ultrasonic testing quality,which will provide scientific and reliable protection discussed for effective monitoring of prestressed concrete beam construction quality.
