摘    要:在微机辅助下,利用豚鼠整心连续切片,进行立体结构重建,首次在整心上直观地显示心传导系与周围结构间的立体位置关系,为该动物的心血管试验以及医学影像断面的重建提供了直观的理论依据和操作方法。

Abstract:The stereoscopic heart structure was reconstructed by computer-aided 3-dimensional reconstruction system from serial sections of the heart in the Guinea-pig. The stero-relationship of the conduction system with its adjacent structure can be first directly visualized at whole heart. Thus, the result provided the theoretical basis and practical method for the cardio-vascular experiment in the Guinea-pig and the medical imaging reconstruction.
