摘    要:为降低特长隧道“一洞双机”模式下2台TBM同时施工的相互干扰,实现2台TBM协同、高效、快速施工,以北疆供水二期工程某标段为背景,针对TBM组装洞结构形式、皮带机出渣、有轨运输、隧洞施工排水等方面,基于“独立运行、统一管理”的思路,形成“一洞双机”TBM高效施工关键技术: 1)TBM组装洞结构优化关键技术; 2)双向多级皮带机出渣关键技术; 3)综合互通型有轨运输关键技术; 4)汇流式梯级抽排水关键技术。从应用效果来看,优化后组装洞结构形式合理,满足2台TBM同步组装的需要,并有助于实现皮带机、有轨运输、施工排水等关键技术系统的建立。在掘进施工阶段,各系统运行良好,有效应对了“一洞双机”模式下2台TBM施工干扰大、效率低等问题,实现了2台TBM的长期稳产、高产。

Abstract:To reduce the interaction of the two tunnel boring machines(TBMs) in the extra long tunnels and further realize coordinated, high efficient, and rapid construction, a case study is conducted on a bid section of the North Xinjiang water supply phase Ⅱ project. Then the TBM assembly tunnel structure, belt conveyor mucking, track transportation, and tunnel drainage are analyzed. Finally, some key techniques for high efficient double TBM construction, including structural optimization of TBM assembly tunnel, double directional multilevel belt conveyor mucking, comprehensive track transportation, and convergent cascade drainage, are formed based on the construction idea of independent operation and unified management. The application effect show that the optimized structure of the assembly tunnel is reasonable, which meets the needs of synchronous assembly of two TBMs and helps to realize the establishment of key technical systems such as belt conveyors, track transportation, and construction drainage. During tunneling stage, various systems operated well, and the expected goals have been achieved steadily.
