泥水盾构管材在渣浆中冲蚀磨损试验研究

摘    要:为揭示泥水盾构管路材料在渣浆冲蚀下的磨损规律,利用自主设计的试验装置,通过室内试验测试渣浆的磨蚀特性,分析泥浆黏度、砂石体积分数、泥浆相对静压、浆体流速以及冲击方向对靶材磨蚀的影响。试验表明: 1)泥浆黏度在工程现场允许范围内的变化,对含有小粒径渣土泥浆的磨蚀特性影响可以忽略不计; 2)随着砂石体积分数的增加,特别是在高泥浆流速状态下,对磨片的磨蚀作用大幅度增加; 3)泥浆相对静压的增加使得携带小粒径渣土的泥浆对磨片具有更强的冲蚀磨损; 4)垂直于旋转方向的磨片磨蚀率大于平行于旋转方向的磨片磨蚀率。

Abstract:A laboratory test is conducted using a self developed test device to determine the abrasion law of slurry shield pipe materials in muck slurry. On the target material, the abrasion influence of the slurry viscosity, the rock grain volume fraction, the slurry relative static pressure, the slurry flow velocity, and impact direction is analyzed. The test results show the following: (1) The effect of the slurry viscosity within the allowance on abrasive characteristics of the muck slurry with small grain size can be ignored. (2) When the slurry flow velocity is high, the abrasion effect of muck slurry increases as the rock grain volume fraction increases. (3) The slurry static pressure has a significant effect on the abrasion of muck slurry with small grain size. (4) The abrasion rate of steel sheets vertical to the rotation direction is higher than that of sheets parallel to the rotation direction.
