| 摘 要： | 我国城市轨道交通进入快速发展时期,通过总结城市轨道交通建设规划评估工作,结合科学发展观要求,为进一步做好城市轨道交通规划工作,对有关规划依据、规划目标、发展模式、远期和远景规划的关系、交通疏导型(SOD)和规划引导型(FOD)线路、多种交通方式衔接与交通一体化规划、环境影响、可持续发展等问题进行探讨,并提出做好规划工作的几点建议.
