| Abstract: | A design method based on ampere-conductor-unit for variable-pole motor is introduced in this paper. The variable-pole motor's winding designed by this method is equivalent to full-pitch winding, whether motor poles are changed or not. The principle of the design method based on ampere-conductor-unit is described, then the method is given and also illustrated by 8/2 pole changing. |
