摘    要:车辆实时位置的确定和定位及状态信息的无线数据传输是车辆监控系统中的关键技术,其中包括GPS技术、GIS技术、无线数据通讯技术、信息融合技术等多种现代科技手段。为银行运钞车开发的车辆监控系统利用了Motorola 800MHz集群智慧网,自行开发了专用调制解调器,从而实现了GPS定位信息和控制信息的实时传输;车载定位单元采用惯性技术,可以有效克服个别地段GPS无法正常定位的缺陷;实施节能方案,可有效保障车载单元及车辆的正常运行。

Abstract:Positioning of vehicle real time location and wireless data transmission of status information are the key technologies of the vehicle monitoring system,including GPS technology,GIS technology,wireless data communication tech-nology and information confluence technology,etc.,The vehicle monitoring system developed for bill vans uses MOTOROLA800MHz mustering intelligent network and special self-developed modem to realize real time transmission of GPS posi-tioning information and control information;and uses inertia type vehicle-mounted positioning unit to overcome the short-coming that GPS cannot position normaily in some area;and uses energy saving solutions to effectively ensure operation of the vehicle-mounted unit and the vehicle.
