摘    要:针对隧道开挖爆破施工安全及爆破振动对围岩和支护结构稳定性影响的问题,以温州绕城高速公路北线陈家桥大跨度连拱隧道开挖爆破施工为例,开展安全控制爆破研究工作.从钻爆预设计着手,建立了爆破安全控制流程和数值计算模型,并结合震动实测分析和反馈对隧道开挖爆破进行了安全控制,有效地指导了隧道开挖,减少了爆破对围岩及已有支护结构的扰动,确保了隧道工程的施工安全和质量.

Abstract:Based on the problems of the safe construction of the tunnel excavation and the stability influences of rocks and lining structures with the blasting vibration,the construction of Chenjiaqiao Tunnel of the North Expressway around Whenzhou City is illustrated.Considering the pre-design of hole blasting,the safety control system and numerial computing model,which have been set up,unified the vibration actual analysis and the feedback which has been carried on the safety control to the tunnel excavation under blasting.Tunnel excavation has been instructed effectively,the influences of rocks were reduced,the lining structure perturbation to the adjacent blasting was protected and the safety of the tunnel construction and the quality of tunnel struction were considered.
