地铁车辆踏面制动单元漏气分析及对策

摘    要:通过对地铁车辆停放一段时间后再启用时,总风压力在空压机工作时持续偏低现象进行分析,从制动系统角度分析总风持续偏低的原因,再结合踏面制动单元结构和工作原理给出相应的建议措施,避免后续此类现象的发生。

Abstract:According to analysis the phenomenon that the main reservoir pressure(MRP)is too low continuously during air compressor work?ing after the metro vehicles parking a period time and then enabling them,and the reason is analyzed from the perspective of the brake sys?tems.The corresponding recommended measures is supplied after combining with the structure and the working principle of the tread brake unit to avoid the occurrence of such phenomena.
