摘    要:经过现场实地勘查发现,上海中环高架桥梁支座出现了各式各样的病害问题.如果放任桥梁支座病害进一步发展,可能会影响到车辆安全通行.为了解决桥梁结构的安全隐患问题,提出利用500 t三连杆超薄千斤顶单墩顶升技术快速更换病害支座.此法更能适应中环高架上垫石至墩顶净空低、墩顶千斤顶布置面狭小、顶升力需求大等特点,且可以有效节约成...

Abstract:Abstract: after on-the-spot investigation, it was found that various diseases appeared in the support of Shanghai zhonghuang viaduct. If the disease was allowed to develop further, it might affect the safe passage of vehicles. In order to solve the problem of bridge structure safety problems, put forward the use of 500 t three connecting rod ultra-thin jack single pier bearing jack-up technique quick change disease, this method can adapt to more central elevated pad on the stone to the pier top low headroom, jack arrangement loaded on top surface is narrow, the top lift demand characteristics, and can effectively save the cost, the original bridge structural damage, and even the traffic organization to minimize the impact.
