| 摘 要： | 首先对长沙市核心区的交通问题进行宏观与微观的深入剖析；然后从精细化交通设计、越江接线交通组织、接入管理控制、信号控制及停车系统优化等层面提出综合改善方案；并以长沙市核心区综合改造工程为例进行验证。结果表明，交通改善需利用系统优化原理，从微观与宏观结合角度进行综合整治。
