摘    要:结合轨道交通自动扶梯与电梯既有监视系统的现状、物联网技术的发展与应用以及故障智能诊断系统的应用,提出自动扶梯与电梯的物联网监视系统。从自动扶梯与电梯设备运行状态信息采集、故障信息采集、维保信息采集到综合管理平台的应用,建立运行状态、监视状态、故障信息、维保信息、应急报警以及风险评估管理,最终建立自动扶梯与电梯现代运营管理制度。通过对各类数据的采集、分类、整合分析,实时掌握自动扶梯与电梯各主要关键部件的使用状况、维护状态,提出风险预防报警措施,提高自动扶梯与电梯的安全性和可靠性,为城市轨道交通的安全运行提供保障。

Abstract:This study proposes an escalator and elevator Internet of Things (IoT) monitoring system considering the status quo of the existing monitoring system of the rail transit escalator and elevator and the development and application of the IoT technology and the fault intelligent diagnosis system. The management of operational status, monitoring status, fault information, maintenance information, emergency alarm, and risk assessment is established herein based on collection of information on the running status, faults and maintenance of on the escalator and elevator equipment, as well as the information on the integrated management platform application. The modern operation management system is then finally established for the escalator and elevator. The key elements to running and maintenance status of the system are controlled in real time through the collection, classification, and integration analysis of data. Risk prevention alarm measures are also proposed to improve the safety and reliability of urban rail transit.
