职业学校电子专业人才培养模式的探讨与研究

随着电子技术的飞速发展，传统的职业学校电子专业办学模式单一、专业课程严重滞后，毕业生的专业技能达不到企业的需求，培养的电子专业毕业生不能满足市场需求。在现代制造业形势下，传统的职业学校电子专业教育模式已明显不能适应社会的发展，这就给职业教育的办学模式提出更高的要求和带来严峻的挑战。因此“岗位定向、专班培养”的校企合作现代职业教育模式是职业教育改革的趋势，是适合现代企业发展的职业教育办学模式，对促进学生培养和职业教育的可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。

A Research on the Electronics Program Teaching Mode at Vocational School

With the rapid development of electronic technology, the traditional and single teaching mode for electron- ics courses at vocational school, combined with lagged courses, has caused the graduates can＇t meet the needs of an enterprise＇s skill and market demand. In the context of modem manufacturing, the traditional education mode has to be reformed. A Post-orientated Class Cultivation practice based on school-enterprise partnership has become the trend of the reform as it is suitable for modem enterprise development and of great significance in the sustainable de- velopment of vocational education.
