高速公路隧道施工监测智能预警预报系统关键技术方法研究

摘    要:文中针对公路隧道施工掘进过程中监测工作基本特点,通过江西萍乡至上栗高速公路南端明山隧道为工程实例,开展施工监测结果三维可视化技术方法研究,实现异时序三维激光扫描点云数据向隧道表面模型,三维实体模型的变换;通过实施地质雷达探测频道图像精准释译技术研究,探索释译结果三维可视化表示方式;将隧道支护结构体系变形监测与隧道施工地质灾害超前预报相结合,促进行业健康安全发展。

Abstract:Based on the Pingxiang-Shangli Expressway South Mountain Tunnel Project and the basic characteristics of monitoring excavation process of tunnel construction, a research was made on the method of 3D visualization tech- nology monitoring results of construction, in which the different timing of 3D laser scanning point cloud data was transformed to the tunnel surface model and solid model, the 3D visualization interpretation of results was explored by studying precision releasing technology of geological radar detection spectrum image; the development and appli- cation of tunnel construction monitoring and intelligent warning system was carried out by combining the tunnel sup- porting structure deformation monitoring with construction of tunnel geological hazard forecasting. This practice improves mountain tunnel construction monitoring quality and construction accident prevention and control ability, promotes industry development safety.
