摘    要:针对316L/16MnR不锈钢与容器钢爆炸复合板,选取合理的爆炸焊接参数,对其性能进行系统的试验研究.研究表明,复合板在爆炸复合及正火状态下的界面结合率、界面剪切强度、界面粘结强度、拉伸、冷弯、冲击、扭转、硬度、金相、晶间腐蚀及对接接头的组织和性能等,均获得了满意的效果.热处理后复合钢板的各项技术指标均超过了美国、日本、德国等各国国家标准所规定的指标要求,可用于制造工业领域中的压力容器等设备.

Abstract:Aiming at the preparision of 316L/16MnR explosion clad plate,the parameters of explosive welding are choosen,and the performance of the bi-metal is experimentally studied,including interface binding rate,interfacial shear,and bond strengths and the properties of tensile,cold-formed,impact,torsion,hardness of the composite plate in explosion and normalizing,and intergranular corrosion.The results show that the properties of the composite plate after heat treatment are higher than the ones in the united natio...
