翻车机全自动给料系统的设计与实现

摘    要:
目前国内煤炭码头的翻车机给料系统由于存在非线性、纯滞后以及煤种的比重差异等原因,很难建立准确的数学模型,故一直采用手动给料方式。本文提出了一种新的控制方法,通过输入输出的周期采样,建立以放大倍数为变量的动态数学模型,并通过Smith预估器补偿,实现全自动给料控制。

Abstract:
It is very difficult currently in our country for the material feed system of train dumper in coal terminal to establish the mathematic model accurately because of the nonlinearity, pure lag and differences in specific weights for the different kind of coal, so the feeding is always manual. In this paper a new kind of controlling method is put forward. It can implement the fully automatic material feed control by the periodic in - out sample, establishing the dynamic mathematic model with the amplification multiple as the variable, and compensating through Smith predictor.
