道路交通安全控制与预警的模糊综合评价

摘    要:道路交通的安全控制和预警主要从“人员、环境、设备和管理”四要素着手,道路交通安全控制和预警系统是一项综合各种应用的系统工程.模糊综合评价适用于不同道路或同一条道路的不同路段.实例分析结果表明:该方法操作简单,能够定量直观地表达评价结果,是交通管理部门实现道路安全控制和预警的必要辅助决策参考.

Abstract:Road traffic safety control and early warning include the four key factors of staff, environment, equipment and management, this kind of system is a systematic engineering with a comprehensive range of all kinds of applications. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is suitable for different roads or those with different sections. The example analysis shows that this method is an easy operation and can describe the results quantitatively and intuitively, which is a necessary decision reference for traffic management department to realize road safety control and early warning.
