| 摘 要： | 阐述了某车型城轨构架侧梁下盖板自动组焊工艺的特点、难点,着重分析了下盖板组成结构特点、工装夹具、组焊过程控制等对下盖板组成焊后尺寸、焊缝质量的影响,并通过对焊缝外观检验、探伤检验、宏观金相试验及下盖板组成焊后尺寸检验,对下盖板组成自动组焊工艺研究进行验证。
