系列化汽车变速器设计中模型参数化的研究

参数化设计有利于提高系列化产品的设计效率和设计的通用化、标准化。产品的参数化设计能实现设计中图形自动生成，并自动维护不同设计阶段产品模型的一致性。其中的关键之一是建立系列化产品的参数化模型。本文以系列化汽车变速器为对象，分析其产品的参数设计方法及模型的参数化建立方法。文中以齿轮为例，介绍了其结构模型的参数化建立方法。

A Research on Parametric Models in Serial Gearboxes Design

Parametric design is conducive to enhance the design efficiency in serial product design and promote generalization and standardization of design. Both the automatic three-dimensional modeling and the consistency of the models in different design ages can be realized by parametric design. One of the key factors is the parametric modeling of products. Based on the design of automotive gearboxes, the parametric design method and the parametric feature-based modeling for serial products are analyzed in this paper. The parametric modeling of gears is also given as an example.
