摘 要: | 抚顺市万新大桥是一座主跨160m的混凝土自锚式悬索桥,全长330m,主梁采用滑动模架法施工;每侧梁端各设置了两个滑动索鞍和一个固定索鞍,其主缆采用连续的镀锌钢丝绳绕过梁端索鞍,并使两股主缆连续为闭合环形,这种主缆形式是首次采用。目前万新大桥是世界上跨度最大的混凝土自锚式悬索桥。本文介绍了该桥的总体布置、结构设计、施工和施工监控的要点。

Abstract: | Fushun Wanxin Bridge is a concrete self - anchored suspension bridge with a span of 160m. Its total length is 330m. The main girder is constructed by the method of slip - forming. Two sliding saddles and one fixed saddle are set at each end of main girder. The cables are made up of a continuous galvanized steel rope passing over all saddles, and the two cables become a closed loop. It was the first practice of loop main cable. Currently, it has the longest span in concrete self - anchored suspension bridges in the world. The main factors for general arrangement, structure design and structure construction are introduced in detail. |
