摘    要:石化仓储企业利用港口码头中转的物料品种日益增多,为增加输送管线的灵活性,需采用清管扫线的方式对工艺管线进行清空作业。介绍了目前常用的清管作业方式,并结合工程实例对清管过程中气体介质的压力和流量计算模型进行分析,其计算结果可作为空分设备选型的依据。

Abstract:The variety of petroleum products transported by ships is increasing gradually.In order to make the pipelines more flexible,we shall clear the piping system by empting the pipelines.This paper introduces the common piping technology and calculates the gas pressure and flow in piping system based on the practical engineering case.The result may serve as reference for the selection of air separation equipment.
