| Abstract: | Through an analysis on the general theory of the compensation liability subject and the criterion of liability for traffic accidents caused by motor vehicles,the paper clarifies the specific circumstances that the leasing companies or the lessees undertake compensation liability when the leased vehicles cause traffic accidents,which is of significance for judicial practice. |
