| 摘 要： | 近年来,开源GIS软件迅速发展,越来越多的科研机构、企业和组织进行了开源GIS软件的开发与应用研究。文中介绍了开源GIS的框架架构,OGC制定的开源GIS规范及MapWinGIS控件的功能特点。将其与PostgreSQL数据库和PostGIS空间数据库扩展模块结合共同搭建了开源GIS平台,并实现了交通数据可视化,交通规划分析等相关功能。 |
