| 摘 要： | 在深入分析农村公路交通现状的基础上,结合社会主义新农村的建设,研究了社会主义新农村在公路等级及里程、客运及货物运输系统、公路养护与管理、道路交通安全防护等方面对交通的需求,提出了适应社会主义新农村建设的道路交通安全保障措施。

| Abstract: | On the foundation of analyzing rural highway present situation,combining the construction of socialist new rural,the traffic demands of socialist new rural such as the highway grade and course,the system of freight transport and passenger transport,highway maintenance and management and the system of road traffic safety are studied,then the safeguard measures of the road traffic safety which accord with the construction of socialist new rural are put forward. |
