CIS战略系统在高职院校的应用——以广东机电职业技术学院为例

摘    要:同企业CIS设计一样,高职院校的CIS设计是一项系统工程,对内可以强化群体意识,增强学校的向心力和凝聚力,增加师生的责任感和对学校的归属感;对外可使社会公众更明晰地认知学校,建立起鲜明统一、易于识别的学校品牌形象,提升学校的知名度,为学校的未来发展创造整体竞争优势。CIS设计系统由3个子系统组成,分别为MIS(理念识别系统)、BIS(行为识别系统)、VIS(视觉识别系统),三个系统互为基础、互相作用。文中以广东机电职业技术学院为例,通过分析3个子系统之间的作用,提出构建高职院校校园CIS设计的有效方法。

Abstract:The CIS design is also a systematic project in vocational colleges as been applied in the enterprises. Internally, it helps enhance the sense of community, improve the unity and cohesion of the school, and strengthen responsibility of teachers and students as well as the sense of belonging to the school. Externally, it helps the public to acknowledge school clearly and establish sharp, easy-to-identify brand image of school as well as promote the reputation of school in order to produce overall competitive advantage of school' s development in the future. CIS design consists of three subsystem, MIS (Mind Identity system), BIS ( Behavior Identity system) and VIS ( Visual Identity System), being built upon and interacted with each other. This paper takes Guangdong Jidian Polytechnic as an example to propose effective ways to build up CIS design on vocational college campus through interaction among three subsystems.
