摘 要: | 选取福田轻卡车型空调降温工况为研究对象,利用Theseus-FE和Star-CCM+软件进行乘员舱冷流场与温度场的联合仿真分析。建立完整的人体热调节模型,利用传热学基本原理,进行太阳辐射、乘员舱内辐射的耦合计算,得出乘员舱内的三维流场和温度场分布以及假人表面的速度和温度分布情况,达到对乘员舱热舒适性进行评价的目的。

Abstract: | The cooling cycle of the airconditioning system is studied for a Foton light truck in this paper.The cold flow field and temperature field in the passenger cabin were simulated and analyzed by using Theseus-FE and STAR CCM+. A complete thermal comfort model of human body was established with the coupling calculation of solar radiation and the radiation in the cabin. Lastly the distribution of three- dimensional flow field and temperature field, as well as the velocity and temperature distribution of the human body surface are obtained. |
