摘    要:矿石抓斗唇口磨损严重,通常采用Q345板堆焊网格状耐磨层而成,但寿命不足,常发生洒漏物料,且维修不便。通过设计新型矿石抓斗耐磨唇口套结构对唇口板进行保护,延长了维护周期,同时为保证唇口套强韧性及耐磨性,在传统高锰钢中加入Ti及稀土Y元素,制备了高性能变质高锰钢作为唇口套材料;通过净化晶界、细化晶粒及强化奥氏体基体等作用,提高了冲击硬化速率和唇口部位的磨损寿命,实现了抓斗唇口免维护。

Abstract:Instead of the traditional grab bucket made of Q345,a new kind of removable lip plate was designed as edge around ore grab to protect the body and improve its wear-ability. To guarantee the strength and toughness of the lip plate,the modified high manganese steel with Ti and rare earth are chosen as its material. The corporation of Ti and rare earth may refine the crystal grain,purify grain boundary and raise the hardening rate. The new lip plate would play an important role by enhancing the working time,reducing the maintenance time of crab bucket and achieving maintenance-free.
