摘    要:为应对国际海事组织强制推行新的能效法规及排放标准,通过调查问卷与总结分析,得到我国船舶行业轮机工程专业创新人才素质内涵的基本组成和特点,清晰地界定了其基本内涵。提出了轮机工程专业的培养方案与培养要求,构建5维一体的创新人才培养模式(TCTIC),搭建高水平校企合作工程实训与科技创新中心,提出轮机工程专业创新能力人才培养机制。

Abstract:Abstract: In response to the new regulations of energy efficiency and emissions standards imposed by the International Mari- time Organization, the basic components and characteristics of quality connotations of innovative talents for the marine engineering major in the shipbuilding industry of our country were obtained through the questionnaire surveys and summary analysis, and its basic connotations were defined clearly. The education program and training requirements of marine engineering major were proposed, then the five-dimension innovative talent cultivation mode (TCTIC) were constructed. A high-level center for universityenterprise cooperation engineering training and innovation of science and technology was established. The innovation talent training mechanism of marine engineering major was put forward.
