| 摘 要： | 根据群决策的基本假设建立了基于AHP判断矩阵修正的群决策权重计算方法，构造了判断矩阵优化模型，保证了群决策矩阵的判断一致性和群体一致性。根据灰关联分析中衡量曲线近似性的基本思想，将面积关联度和斜率关联度进行有机结合，兼顾了曲线的位置及趋势一致性。最后通过应用实例表明了该方法用于舰船总体方案决策的有效性。

| Abstract: | According to the basic assumption of the group decision, the weight calculation method of group decision-making is established based on AHP judgment matrix modification, an optimization model is created to modify the judgment matrix, to assure group judgment matrix's judgment consistency and group consistency. According to the elementary idea of gray relational analysis, combination of area grey degree and slope grey degree takes both position and trend consistency of curves into account. Ultimately, the decision-making method is proved to be feasible in the ship design alternatives evaluation through an application example. |
