| Abstract: | Taking the construction project of Vietnam Oiuye-Ningping highway as a study object,the article analyzes the necessity of introducing electricity monitoring system.It intro-duces the design requirement,general structure and major function of this system.It also proposes a detail design plan according to the real needs and discusses the design software require-ment for this plan. |
