摘    要:运用DNV PHAST软件模拟CNG运输船装卸载过程气体泄漏的扩散过程,以及对CNG运输船装卸载过程气体泄漏发生喷射火、闪火、蒸气云爆炸事故后果进行评价,选取最危险的工况对事故开展模拟,定量分析火灾的热辐射影响范围和爆炸冲击波的超压影响范围。针对模拟结果,提出一些CNG运输船舶装卸货物时的预防措施以及CNG接收站周边设施建设的相关建议,进而提高CNG运输船的安全性和运行的可靠性。

Abstract:Using DNV PHAST software simulation CNG tankers loading diffusion uninstall process gas leakage, as well as CNG transport ship loading and unloading process gas leak jet fire, flash fire, vapor cloud explosion consequences were evaluated to select the most dangerous conditions for the accident to carry out simulation, quantitative analysis of the impact of overpressure range of thermal radiation and fire the scope of the blast wave. For simulation results, the number of CNG transport ships precautions when handling cargo and related recommendations CNG station surrounding facilities, thus improving the safety and operation of CNG transport ship reliability.
