| 摘 要： | 借鉴适度递阶控制的思想 ,提出了基于适度递阶控制的系统规划方法。认为物流系统规划由配送中心选址规划、配送网络规划、资源配置规划及投资评价所组成 ,分系统之间的信息传递、反馈和控制机制可以用递阶控制关系来描述。据此 ,提出了物流系统规划的总体框架和分系统设计方案

| Abstract: | A new approach to logistics system planning is put forward in this paper to plan and design the logistics system on the basis of the heterachical control theory. Authors suggested that the system planning be composed of the location problem, the network structure problem, resource allocation problem and investment assessment,and the information transfer,feedback and control mechanism among sub system are able to be described in way of heterachical control. Therefore, the overall framework and sub system design programme for the logistics system are argued in detail. |
