摘    要:针对国内早期修建的钢桥桥面铺装产生的诸多问题,研究了其中关键性的问题,即钢桥面铺装防水粘结层的抗剪问题。通过计算,分析了钢桥面铺装正常使用阶段以及试验分析施工阶段的抗剪强度技术要求,探讨了3种解决防水粘结层抗剪问题的途径与措施,即加大安全系数;利用经过高温成形的复合铺装结构试件进行界面抗剪试验,寻找经过施工阶段后仍能满足桥梁运营阶段高温条件、低温条件、重载条件及疲劳条件的防水粘结层材料;降低施工温度。这些途径与措施可供工程技术人员参考。

Abstract:The damages of pavement on steel bridge deck are in various forms.The shearing of waterproof-adhesive layer is crucial.The essential shear strength of adhesive layer material is analyzed based on conditions during service stage and construction stage.The solutions to this problem are discussed.The three methods to strengthen shear resistance of waterproof-adhesive layer are discussed.The first is incrementing the safety factors.The second is developing new waterproof-adhesive layer materials which could meet the high and low temperature performance requirement and loading performance requirement for pavement use.The compound pavement structure can be got by construction high temperature and be checked up by shear test.The third method is using lower construction temperature.These methods can be used as the reference for engineers.
