From the standard antecedence point of view, the definition of green building, green design standard, material selection standard, green building standard which includes green construction technology, green welding technology and green painting standard are firstly introduced in this paper. And then green shipbuilding standard frame is put forward. It is necessary to point out that the foregoing standard establishment is very important for developing and realizing green shipbuilding in China.
