| 摘 要： | 模拟视频的数字化压缩并通过网络传输是目前视频远程传输技术发展的一个方向。本文对高速公路数字视频监控联网系统的实现方法进行了讨论。首先提出了各种视频传输设备的接入系统的方法,其次就视频的联网调度和控制方法进行了讨论,最后就多压缩标准共存条件下的数字视频流的解压缩提出了相应的解决方案。

| Abstract: | Video over IP is one direction to the development of video long-range transmitting technical at present.The realization method of real-time digital monitoring system of expressway is discussed in this paper.The access methods for varied video transmitting devices are introduced first,then camera switch and control method are discussed,a soft-decoder resolvent for varied video compressed format is provided at the end of the paper. |
