| 摘 要： | 根据热量平衡原理,阐述了橡胶沥青洒布车保温层厚度的设计计算过程,并按照洒布车施工时对介质加热升温的实际需要,探讨了两类沥青洒布车加热系统的特点,研究了外置导热油炉式加热系统的设计方法,指出通过沥青泵循环或增加机械搅拌装置来强化管外对流换热是提高换热速度的有效措施。 |

| Abstract: | According to the principle of thermal balance,to meet the need of heating materials when in working condition,two types of thermal oil heating system used on asphalt distributor are studied,and the design procedure of thermal oil heating system equipped with thermal oil heater outside the asphalt tank is presented.It is pointed out that the forced asphalt circulation in tank caused by asphalt pump and stirring device can enhance the heat convection outside heat exchange tube,which will accelerate heat excha... |
