| 摘 要： | 铁路局机车调度管理信息系统是“铁路局调度管理信息系统”中机车调度部分，其功能覆盖铁路局机车调度部门日常的工作。它的实施大大降低了铁路局机调人员的劳动强度，提高了机车运用效率，保障了运输安全，使铁路局机车调度指挥进入信息化和智能化的新阶段。

| Abstract: | The Locomotive Dispatching Management Information System is a sub-system of the Railway DispatchingManagement Information System. It covers all the daily works of the locomotive dispatching sections. It reduces the workintensity of the locomotive dispatchers, increases greatly the application of locomotive and ensures the safety of railwaytransport. It makes locomotive dispatching of Railway Administration step into a new stage of information and intelligent. |
