The chemical industrial zone is greatly significant for the development of city,but is more different from the city areas because of its closure,higher security requirement,no daily leisure travel,no permanent resident population and etc.,and there is still no standard to guide the chemical industrial zone to compile the comprehensive traffic planning.Aiming at the characters of the zone,the article puts forward the characteristics and matters for attention in the compilation of the comprehensive traffic planning of the chemical industrial zone,and demonstrates the case of Caofeidian Chemical Industrial Zone.
