克山病患者红细胞免疫功能与血硒水平的关系

摘    要:对潜在型、慢型克山病患者和病区健康居民的红细胞免疫功能、血清红细胞免疫粘附调节因子、循环免疫复合物(CIC)、全血硒含量和全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性(GPX)进行了检测,结果是:潜在型、慢型克山病患者和病区健康居民红细胞C3b受体花环率、全血硒含量和全血GPX活性均明显低于非病区居民;血清红细胞免疫粘附抑制率均明显高于非病区居民;全血硒含量与红细胞C3b受体花环率呈显著正相关(r=0.887,n=61,P<0.01);与血清红细胞免疫粘附抑制率呈显著负相关(r=0.781,n=60,P<0.01);而免疫复合物(IC)花环率、血清红细胞免疫粘附促进率和CIC在各型克山病患者、病区健康居民及非病区居民之间无明显差异。提示:潜在型、慢型克山病患者和病区健康居民红细胞免疫功能低下,可能与低硒状态和血清红细胞免疫粘附抑制因子增加有关。

Abstract:The erythrocyte immune function,serum erythrocyte immune adherence regulative fac-tor, blood Se contents and glutathione peroxidase (GPX) in patients with latent keshan disease (LKD)and chronic keshan disease (CKD) were assayed.The results showed that rosette formation rates of erythrocyte C3bR and blood Se levels of the patients and healthy subjects in the affected area were significantly lower and the rosette forming inhibitory rate of serum erythrocyte immune adherence was significantly higher than that of the residents in the nonaffected area, the blood Se levels of subjects with that rosette formation rates of erythrocyte C3bR were significantly positively correlated(r= 0. 887,P <0. 01 ), while the very levels with the rosetteforming inhibitory rates of serum erythrocyte immune adherence were significantly negatively correlated(r=- 0. 781, P < 0. 01 ). But no significant differences were observed between the GPX and rosette formation rate of erythrocyte immune complex and the rosette formation promative rate of serum erythrocyte immune adherence and the circulating immune complexes (CIC ) for patients and healthy subjects in the affected area and the residents in the nonaffected area- The study suggests that the decreased erythrocyte immunity function of the patients and healthy residents in the affected area might be related to the low Se status and the increased serum immunity adherence inhibitory fac-tor
