高墩盖梁抱箍法施工技术的工程应用

摘    要:在山区高速公路高桥墩建设中采用高墩盖梁抱箍法施工技术,能降低工人的劳动强度,施工简便、周期短、成本低,具有明显的经济效益。文章结合桃巴高速公路LJ8标头道水特大桥工程实例,介绍了高墩柱盖梁的抱箍法施工方案,并通过受力计算分析,验证了该方案的合理性,同时提出了抱箍法施工工艺在工程应用中的注意事项。

Abstract:In the high-pier construction of mountain highway, using the construction technology of high- pier cap beam hooping method can reduce labor intensity,with simple construcUon,short cycle,and low cost, thus it has obvious economic benefits.In combination with the enginaering example of Toudaoshui Bridge in Taoba Expressway LJ8 Segment,this article described the construction plan of high-pier cap beam hooping method,and through the force calculation and analysis,it vedfied the reasonableness of this program,and proposed the precautions for the engineering applications of hooping method construction technology.
