Abstract:In the production process of vehicles,in addition to ensuring the normal assembly of the vehicle,it is also necessary to ensure that the functions of each part are normal to ensure the normal off-line of the vehicle.The traditional vehicle off-line detection system needs to manually record and compare the vehicle identifi cation code and various parameters of the vehicle terminal,and then enter the parameters into the background system,which consumes more manpower and time-consuming detection.The effi ciency of offl ine detection is also low.At the same time,in the usual offl ine detection process,the normal operation of the on-board equipment is not judged.If the problematic on-board terminal is loaded and issued,the monitoring platform will not be able to monitor the vehicle normally.There are potential safety hazards,and the relevant requirements are not satisfi ed,while increasing aftersales maintenance costs.Based on this,this paper designs and develops a new energy vehicle vehicle-mounted terminal offl ine detection system,which realizes that when the new energy vehicle leaves the factory,when the new energy vehicle passes the inspection,the inspector operates the system to check the working status of the terminal,and the system automatically returns to the platform according to the terminal.The information determines whether the terminal is working normally,and then feeds the result back to the production system.
