摘    要:用克山病病区粮饲养的第二代大鼠,在断乳后1—2周内其ECG有一致性改变:T波进行性增高。与Godwin报道缺硒大鼠特有的ECG改变一致。同时第二代血硒含量显著低于第一代。腹腔注射VC(250mg/只/天)六天后T波降低。但一次静注VC(125mg/只)后5分钟,在位心室肌细胞动作电位未见明显改变。上述结果提示:病区粮可使大鼠产生缺硒性变化;它对第二代大鼠的影响比对第一代明显;腹腔反复注射大剂量VC对这种缺硒性变化有有益影响。

Preliminary Observation on the Second Generation Rat's Selenuim-deficient ECG Change Induced by Fed Grains from a Keshan Disease Area and the Influence of Large Dosage of Vitamin C on the Change
Abstract:In the second generation rats fed with grains from a Keshan disease area, within one to two weeks after the animals being weaned, it was observed that their ECGs all showed the same constant change, that is, amplitude of T-wave in their ECG patterns tended to increase progressively. The change was in accord with the characteristic changes reported by Godwin K. O. in observing the ECG patterns of rats maintained on semi.synthetic selenium-low diets. Meanwhile, the blood selenium level of the second generation rats was much lower than that of the first generat- ion. Six days after a large dosage of vitamin C was given intraperitoneally(250mg/animal/day), the T-wave in their ECG patterns decreased notably, but. five minutes after VC was given intravenously (125mg/anireal), no obvious change of ventricular cell action potential of the heart in situ was seen. The results suggest that grains from the Keshan disease area cause such a selenium-deficient change in the rats; their influence on the second generation, rats is more notable than on the first generation; large dosage VC given intraperitoneally and repeatedly have therapeuic ation on the change.
